• Bot Secret Token (prevents unauthorized access)
• Bot Group ID (prevents unauthorized access)

• Ticket Created Message
• Ticket Closed Message
• Bot Statistics (total spam prevented, total tickets, etc.)
• Banned Users
• Ticket Conversations (Plus users only, used to generate transcripts)

3. Payments

• Transaction ID
• Invoice ID
