Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Superior Bot ("Bot") or visiting our website at superiorbot.io (collectively referred to as the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Superior Bot.

If you do not agree to these Terms in their entirety, you are expressly prohibited from using the Services, and you must discontinue use immediately. Your continued use of the Services signifies your acceptance of any revisions or updates to these Terms.

The Services are intended for individuals who are at least 18 years of age or the legal age of majority in their jurisdiction. By using the Services, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Services at any time, with or without notice. You acknowledge and agree that we shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance of the Services.

Service Description

Superior Bot is a Telegram-based customer support bot designed to help individuals and organizations manage support requests through a ticketing system. The Services include, but are not limited to, the bot functionality, website, and any related tools provided by Superior Bot.

Acceptable Use and User Responsibilities

You agree to use the service only for legitimate purposes and in compliance with applicable laws.

You must be at least 18 years old (or the minimum age in your jurisdiction).

You are responsible for all activities conducted through your Telegram account.

Prohibited activities include but are not limited to:

  • Distributing malware, committing fraud, hacking, or phishing.
  • Selling drugs, organizing gambling, supporting terrorism, or sharing child pornography.
  • Sending spam, harassing users, or violating our service.

If you suspect abuse, you may contact us at [email protected]. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts involved in such activities and take legal action if necessary.

Abuse of the Free Trial

Creating new accounts to continue using a free trial, without making a payment after it ends, constitutes abuse and may lead to the suspension or termination of all associated accounts.

End User Notification

Individuals or organizations using Superior Bot’s services are responsible for notifying their own users when collecting information (user ID, first name, last name, username, premium, and language code) through our system. These users must be informed about the collection of their personal data and how it will be used. This notification ensures compliance with privacy protection and legal obligations.

Pre-Purchase Responsibility

Before completing any transaction, users are required to review all resources provided by Superior Bot, including but not limited to:

  • FAQs (frequently asked questions)
  • Video Tutorials
  • Documentation (setup guides, limitations, feature explanations)
  • Status Page (real-time updates on system availability)

These resources contain critical information about plan limitations, fees, subscription terms, and more. By proceeding with a purchase, you acknowledge that you have thoroughly reviewed and understood all provided materials. Failure to do so does not exempt you from the agreed terms.

Plan Changes

When switching between plans (Pro to Plus or Plus to Pro), please note that your current subscription term will end immediately, and any remaining time on your active subscription will be forfeited.

This policy applies only when switching to a different plan tier. Renewing the same plan (Pro to Pro or Plus to Plus) will not interrupt or reset your existing subscription term, and any unused period will carry over.

Payment Fees

When paying via Telegram Stars, a 35% additional fee will be applied:

  • 30% charged by Apple/Google
  • 5% charged by Telegram

For crypto payments, only network and transaction fees apply.

These fees are mandatory due to third-party policies beyond Superior Bot's control. Payments cannot be processed unless the full amount is received.

Payment Issues

If you are experiencing any issues while making a payment, you did not receive your subscription after payment, or if you have a question about a payment, please create a ticket via our ticketing system. Creating a dispute elsewhere without following this procedure may result in a permanent ban from our services.

Service Downtimes

Temporary interruptions may occur due to scheduled maintenance, system updates, or unexpected outages as outlined below.

1. Scheduled Maintenance

  • Such scheduled maintenance will be notified to users who are subscribed to our Status page via email.
  • Downtime usually lasts 2 to 4 hours, but may vary.

2. Unexpected Outages

  • If downtime exceeds 24 hours, affected users will receive extra days to their subscription based on the downtime duration.

In such cases, your bot will be unavailable and will not be able to process incoming messages during the downtime.

Refund Policy

You may request a refund via our ticketing system only if the following conditions are met:

  • Your purchase was made within the last 7 days, and the bot has not been started during this period.

If your request is approved after review, the refund will be processed within 3 business days to the original payment method:

  • For payments made via Telegram Stars, the full amount will be refunded.
  • For crypto payments, the full amount will be refunded excluding network and transaction fees.

Refunds will not be provided if you are unable to access your Telegram account for any reason, including bans or restrictions applied by Telegram.

Please note that any attempts to abuse our refund policy may result in a permanent ban from our services.

Disclaimer of Liability

Superior Bot is not responsible for accounts suspended or terminated by Telegram or for any disruptions caused by third parties.

We disclaim any liability for damages or losses resulting from the use of our services, including the content of any bots created using our services.

Updates to This Terms of Service

This terms of service may be updated from time to time without prior notice. Any changes will be posted on this page, and the “Last Updated” date at the top will be revised. We encourage you to review these terms periodically to stay informed about your rights and obligations.
